ドリームシアター1stアルバム。 下の2ndアルバムを買った後に買いました。 2ndアルバム聴いた後にこの1stアルバムを聴いたので、ヴォーカルの声に納得がいかない。 なので個人的にはあまりおすすめできず。 曲自体はライブアルバム等でこの1stアルバムの曲がでてくるとカッコイイのですが。。。 |

一番最初に買ったドリームシアターのアルバム。 1. Pull Me Under 2. Another Day 3. Take The Time の３つのPVをMTVで見て買いました。 以来ドリームシアターのアルバムはずっと買い続けています。 Pull Me Underは重い曲、Another Dayは綺麗なバラード曲、Take The Timeは壮大な曲といった感じです。 3曲ともオススメ。 Another Dayが好きな人ならSurrounded、Take The Timeが好きな人ならMetropolisも聞けるかと思います。 ＊注：ドリームシアターはプログレッシブロックという少々マニアックなジャンルなので、基本的に一曲の長さやインストゥルメンタルパートが長めです。 |

前作に比べてかなり重くなった感じの3rdアルバム。 前作に比べてメロディアスな部分もかなりなくなってしまい、前作との変わりようにかなりのショックを受けたアルバムです。 ですが、後々噛めば噛むほど的なよさを感じてかなり聞くようにもなったアルバムです。 5. Voices 9. Lifting Shadows off a Dream 11. Space-Dye Vestが個人的にはオススメです。 ついでに初回限定のミニディスクのインストゥルメンタル曲もイイです。 中古で買うときはそのミニディスクが付属したものがよいかと思います。 |
